Wiki has been my first love in terms of online writing for many years.
I created ThoughtStorms wiki as a personal online notebook / thinking space / “tracking system for locust swarms” in 2003. I neglected it for a while, but I recently ported it to the Smallest Federated Wiki and got excited again.
